On Monday afternoon at 1:00 P.M. a group meets to learn about how to loose weight without dieting.
We have been meeting for over a year. We have changed our eating pattern,
learnt that we can eat anything without guilt and how to balance out our day without gaining weight.
We are more a support group then a diet group. We keep each other on track and the bonus is loosing weight.
If you hate to diet and it is not working, come join our class on Monday afternoons. We are all professional dieters and have been unsuccessful until now. How nice it is to loose weight without dieting.
