Lauderdale West has a great Maintenance Department. We employ a crew of highly experienced and trained personnel. This page has information about this great bunch of guys and gals. We will be telling you what they do and what they don't do. Some services are chargeable while many others are covered by our monthly maintenance assessment.

Lauderdale West has a program of pest and insect control in place. Owners that need assistance with exterminating services to control ants or rodents should call our maintenance department. The outside of all properties have bait stations for rodents. These should not be touched or moved. In addition, spraying of the parameter of each property is done on a regular schedule.
Inside ant and rodent exterminating services are available when needed. Call the maintenance department for assistance.
The cost of these of these services is paid for by the association.
If a property is found to have termites, the association will provide exterminating services to control them. When required, the property will be exterminated by a licensed, professional exterminating company, hired by the association. Residents must vacate the property during the exterminating. The cost of the extermination services is paid for by the association. Call the maintenance department for this service.
