Homes (SFH and PLEX) are painted on a 10 year cycle. If the chart shows your home was painted in the past, add ten years to get an idea of when it will be painted again. You will be given notice prior notice before any pressure cleaning or painting begins. Contact the Director currently responsible for the painting projects.
